The Cloudesley The Cloudesley is an award-winning, eco-friendly guest house offering boutique accommodation in St Leonards, 1 mile from the beaches of Hastings.Rooms at the guest house are beautifully decorated with luxurious fabrics and painted with eco lime-wash paint. Rooms include free Wi-Fi, a CD selection ranging from classical and jazz to r&b. Books on art, photography and design are provided, as well as luxury beds with Siberian goose down pillows.Each morning there is a wide variety of breakfast choices including gourmet omelettes, home-made porridge and special dietary options, all made where possible from organic ingredients. Garden-grown fruit is offered in the growing season. Guests can also make use of an honesty bar.In the 2 dedicated therapy rooms, The Cloudesley offers a range of treatments including Reiki, aromatherapy massage, hot stones, shiatsu, thai hot compresses and reflexology. The historic Hastings battlefield of 1066 is just a 5-minute drive away.The interior of the property was designed by Chelsea Flower Show gold medal winner Shahriar Mazandi. The property won the ‘Eco-accommodation of the year 2010’ award from Insight Magazine.
